Yin yoga is a beautiful, restorative practice that helps to work ligaments and deeper connective tissues of the body. Utilizing lots of bolsters and blankets for supported holds, each class will consist of 5-10 postures held for 2-12 minutes each, allowing relaxation, meditation, breath work, and deep stretching to take place. Come to class ready to connect deeply to mind, body, and spirit.

7 am – KUNDALINI MORNING PRACTICE
Start your day with an invigorating morning practice that includes mindful movement, postures, breath work, chanting and meditation. Each class will have a different theme to increase vitality. Exercises may be adapted to all levels. Beginners welcome!
5:45 pm – YIN YOGA TUNE UP
All level yoga flow – Yin style. Less postures and more time in each gives every body a chance to “tune up” connective tissues, joints and energies. Great for athletes, busy people, the stressed, the fidgety and the curious. All levels welcome (many postures can be converted into a restorative version as needed). Inspired in part by Sarah Powers Insight Yoga “interweaving the insights and practices of Yoga, Buddhism, Taoism
7 pm – YOGA FOR RUNNERS & CYCLISTS
Runners & cyclists of all abilities/distances/paces are welcome to this hour long practice to stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate. We will focus on stretching legs, opening hips and releasing the spine. We’ll work on balance, core strength and building strength in the low back and ankles. Sometimes we’ll us foam rollers, use thigh toners to build strength & stability in our hips & glutes or release fascia w/ tennis balls. This will not be a cardio workout (we get plenty of that in our interval & hill training!), but a relaxing release with mindful breathing. We’ll finish with a brief meditation to improve our focus AND our inner strength on those long solo runs or rides. If you run, you are my friend!
8:30 pm – CANDLELIGHT VINYASA FLOW
60 Minutes of invigorating Vinyasa style yoga for all levels. Linking one breath to one movement, building on safe alignment, we will cultivate balance, flexibility, patience and strength. Postures will include salutations, balancing, twists, hip and shoulder openers and as well as some core work. A great re set class to get you started for the day or the week. Modifications will be offered and fun will be had, set to an inspired playlist.
5:45 pm – RECOVERY YOGA
This class creates a reflective, safe-space for those in recovery to restore a healthy connection to self. Loving and compassionate self-care is vital to any health recovery journey, and we will take time to explore positive intentions, affirmations and gratitude through a restorative yoga sequence. Recovery is defined as ‘a return to a normal state of health, mind or strength’. This class is inclusive, encompassing recovery from addictions, disordered eating, emotional or psychological distress, chronic illnesses, self-harm, and trauma of any sorts. Body positive & welcoming. Healing is our rooted intention!
7 pm – MY TIME RELAXATION AND MINDFULNESS – Pay what you can – suggested donation $5-$20
“My Time”: Group practice sessions that include a mindfulness based approach that focus on increasing compassion for ourselves, resilience to stress, and overall happiness. This is the ultimate in self-care! This class is helpful for all and especially ideal for helping professionals, those seeking stress management, and those seeking skills to build love and acceptance for themselves.
10 am – SLOW VINYASA FLOW
Begin your day with a luxurious, awakening mid-morning slow flow! This class is great for those new to yoga as well as anyone looking for a gently-paced Vinyasa flow. Come ready to enjoy meditation, breath work, and a series of sun-salutation, twists, and lengthening stretches intended to awaken the body, mind, and spirit.

Core Passion is a yoga class that provides you with the support you need to heal and strengthen your physical and emotional core. It aims to light the fire of your embodied wisdom to help you follow your passions. Core Passion combines the subtle strategies of Elemental Body™ with the flow of Vinyasa and the spice of sexual health education. Elemental Body™ is a dynamic program that was originally created by Lara Catone to assist the restoration of the postpartum core and pelvic floor.
Core Passion is for every body. In each class you will receive: Lessons that take you beyond the typical core gym exercises; Inspiration to follow your matriz, your intuition and trust it. Tips to help you live a fuller, sexier life. Support to gain a strong and supple core and pelvic floor. Overall improved alignment, balance, and flexibility.

Friday Rotating Events
PLANT BASED YOGA & VEGAN POTLUCK – EVERY THIRD FRIDAY – 5:30 PM / POTLUCK 6:30 PM
Vegans & compassionate beings unite (all are welcome – being vegan is NOT a requirement)! In this class we will explore a lighthearted, energetic flowing practice to stretch out, find balance and build community. We will begin our practice with a common intention: to reduce suffering in all beings and increase compassion. After our physical practice we will do a powerful, compassionate, heart-centered meditation technique to send healing and goodwill to ourselves, our neighbors, our world and possibly even to our enemies. After class we’ll share in plant-based refreshments (both provided by Imbue Yoga and potluck style if you want to bring something to share).
10:30 am – KUNDALINI RISING – UNLOCKING THE CREATIVE SPIRIT
A special class combining free flow writing exercises, Kundalini yoga and meditation to unlock your creative potential. The creative flow can be blocked by any number of challenges. In this class we will be using yoga to move the energy through the body and mind, release blocks and open up our full creative expression. Whether you are an artist or just interested in creative living this class can be a step towards cultivating a more creative life. Bring your own notebook or journal and pen. All levels are welcome.
1 pm – YOGA BASICS w/ rotating instructors
New to yoga? Been on and off to a few classes throughout your life and need a tune up? Recovering from injury or want to support a friend who is new to yoga? This class is for you! Ever week we will cover basics: foundation, breathing, alignment. We will focus on breaking down certain postures, learn some of the sanskrit names, incorporate meditation and breath work from time to time. Sometimes there will be guest teachers sharing their different yoga styles & philosophies so that you can experience something different every week and get more of a perspective on “what a yogi looks like.” Dress in clothes you can breathe and move in! This will be one of the most non-intimidating yoga classes you can find 🙂
