Sue Redmond offers wellness based yoga classes where we come together to balance mind, body, spirit. Her specialties are gentle, restorative and yin yoga and she loves working with active older adults and seniors. Sue completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with YogaFit and further training in restorative and yin yoga, adaptive yoga, and therapeutic yoga.
