This beginner-friendly prenatal class will acquaint you with some basic yoga postures and the more experienced will appreciate connecting these familiar postures with their breath. We will explore linking breath with movement in a calming & meditative way. Expect deep stretching (no need to touch your toes!), increased circulation to the sometimes achey spots in your changing body and end with a sweet relaxation practice. Not a lot of chit-chat, just brief check-ins at the beginning of every class to make sure this practice serves you & feels safe – we know that your time, especially now, is precious! Connect with your body & your baby in a quiet, friendly & calming atmosphere.
