Tuesdays 7 pm
Runners, cyclists, active bodies of all abilities/distances/paces are welcome to this hour long practice to stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate. We will focus on stretching legs, opening hips and releasing the spine. We’ll work on balance, core strength and building strength in the low back and ankles. Sometimes we’ll us foam rollers, use thigh toners to build strength & stability in our hips & glutes or release fascia w/ tennis balls. This will not be a cardio workout (we get plenty of that in our interval & hill training!), but a relaxing release with mindful breathing. We’ll finish with a brief meditation to improve our focus AND our inner strength on those long solo runs. If you run, you are my friend!
