6pm Wednesdays – YOGA TONE
Improve muscle tone and flexibility with this fast but efficient feel-good yoga flow. With a focus on total-body strengthening, balance and flexibility, this class will make room for change, both mentally and physically. You will use the “Power Yoga” sequence to boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass while mixing in cardio and strength-training moves like squats, lunges and planks all set to an “inspired ” playlists! You will sweat and most of all have fun! Modifications always encouraged. We recommend you bring a mat, towel, water bottle. Some yoga experience preferred but not necessary.
