Greetings, yogi friend!
Happy late summer and as always, we are full of hope that you are easing into it with beginner’s mind, grace, and good humor!
We had a hoot teaching at the Minnesota State Fair for MPR Day at the Call To Mind booth last weekend! Call to Mind is MPR’s new mental health initiative and we think that is a fantastic thing. Below are a few fun photos taken by Molly. The gophers even joined in! Thanks so much for coming out if you did and we hope to see you at the studio or out and about soon! Also please welcome two new instructors – Kara and Elena starting in the next few weeks, welcome back Kathleen for a Sunday eve offering, and a fond farewell to Celeste who will be taking a teaching hiatus for a bit. We are so grateful for the talent and passion that has graced our space. Thanks to all!
SO MUCH LOVE!

Join us at Twin Cities VegFest
9/16 – Harriet Island
We are stoked to head over to Harriet Island Regional Park for year three of tabling at Twin Cities VegFest! This has been such a fun event for us over the years and it has been amazing connecting with so many of you. We’ll have a booth with a raffle for classes, some promo, some nice peeps to chat with, and offer a yoga class at some point during the festival. If you’re up for it, head over to the 21+ after party (choice of catered dinner or not) for some entertainment including Imbue’s founder, yours truly (Mary Bue). Would love to see you and serenade you!

WORKSHOP THIS SUNDAY + Kids Yoga later this month!
Shift Show – Sunday, Sept 9 – 4-6pm
Mindfulness can be described as studying our mind. In this workshop we’ll look at how our thoughts and perceptions shape our experiences in life, including our sense of self/identity. We’ll then look at ways we can shift our perceptions that come from fear, to a place of love. This will help create a life of joy, peace, and happiness.
